My Story

I’m a licensed mental health therapist who believes healing happens through feeling seen, heard, and supported. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore life’s challenges at your pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, my goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and practical tools so you can feel more grounded and confident in your life. 

 

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, strength-based and tailored to each client, with a focus on building insight, resilience, and practical tools for lasting change.
